About Me
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or navigating a major life change. My goal is to create a warm, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and know you'll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
I believe that one of the strongest predictors of successful therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build practical skills to help you manage life's challenges, and identify what matters most to you so you can move toward a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and fulfilling.
My Approach
I use an integrative approach that combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Therapy is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique goals.
Whether you're coping with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, burnout, a medical diagnosis, or a significant life transition, we'll work together to better understand your experiences while developing tools that help you respond with greater confidence and flexibility.
One of the ideas I return to often is that meaningful growth usually happens just outside our comfort zone. While change isn't always easy, therapy can provide the support and guidance needed to help you face challenges, discover new strengths, and build a life that aligns with your values.
