About Me

I believe that one of the most important ingredients to successful therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I hope to empower you to speak freely and feel comfortable within the space, knowing that you will be met with empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. You are the driver of your life, and my role is to assist you in improving your quality, satisfaction, and enjoyment of life.

More About My Practice

I approach therapy from an integrative approach of traditional cognitive behavioral skills underscored by principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  I have specialized in health psychology, where I am able to help clients to adjust to medical diagnoses, navigate the often confusing healthcare system, and live a meaningful life even in the context of medical challenges. I also very much enjoy working with patients who have more general mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression to create and develop patterns that help you feel like you are living a meaningful, authentic life that is true to your values.
