About Me
I believe that one of the most important ingredients in successful therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable speaking freely and know that you will be met with empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. You are the driver of your life, and my role is to support you in improving your quality of life, overall satisfaction, and sense of fulfillment.
More About My Practice
I approach therapy from an integrative lens that combines traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills with principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). One of my core beliefs about therapeutic change is the importance of being open to new experiences and stepping outside of one’s comfort zone. I often tell clients, “If I weren’t asking you to move beyond your comfort zone, I would be doing you a disservice; growth happens when we step beyond what we know.”
Together, we can work toward helping you better understand yourself, navigate challenges more effectively, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values. I view therapy as a collaborative process and strive to serve as a supportive guide who keeps your goals, values, and best interests at the center of treatment.
