About Me

I believe in the healing power of relationships and find the therapeutic relationship to be a space to foster safety, authenticity, and growth. You are the only expert on you, and I believe therapy is a collaborative space where we bring our shared expertise to work toward change. With experience across schools, outpatient, residential, and inpatient settings, I bring a broad and informed perspective to every session.

More About My Practice

My therapy approach integrates trauma-informed principles within the frameworks of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I also have experience with Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and integrating ERP within the ACT framework.

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically, feel heard and understood, and be safely challenged. I work collaboratively with clients to help build insight, reduce the impact of shame and other painful emotions, and move toward a life consistent with their values. I aim to provide clear, evidence-based treatment that fosters growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

My Specialties

I specialize in working with neurodiverse people, such as those with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or learning disorders, as well as individuals experiencing mood and anxiety concerns, trauma and post-traumatic stress, personality differences, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I especially enjoy working with young adults to support their transition into adulthood and the challenges that accompany this stage of life.
