TUESDAYS 4:00-5:15PM WITH DR. K. PACIFICO GONZAGA
Many men move through life carrying responsibility, stress, and expectations without a space to speak honestly about their experience. Over time, this can create a sense of isolation, disconnection, or simply feeling stuck in a version of life that no longer feels fully aligned.
The Men’s Growth Group is a virtual, closed process therapy group designed to help men reconnect with themselves, their values, and what matters most. Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), this group supports participants in developing greater psychological flexibility and the capacity to move toward a fuller, more meaningful life, even in the presence of stress, uncertainty, or ongoing challenges.
This is not a class or lecture. It is a space for real conversation, reflection, and growth. Members share their experiences, offer and receive feedback, and build insight and connection over time. The consistency of a closed group allows trust to develop and creates a powerful environment for meaningful change.
Men often seek this group when navigating anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, illness, major life transitions, chronic stress, or a general sense that something in their lives needs to shift. Others join simply because they want to live with greater clarity, intention, and alignment with their values.
This group welcomes adult men of all backgrounds, identities, and life experiences, including trans men and men of all sexual orientations.
