About Me

My approach is to work with you collaboratively and respectfully to improve your emotional well-being.  Together we will clarify your personal goals in a safe and caring space, and work towards reaching them.  This process will take into account the "big picture" of your unique experiences (biological, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual) and help you move forward with your life.  I bring extensive experience in treating people in a variety of settings for over 25 years.
