About Me

I feel privileged to witness change in and create a safe space for individuals, couples, groups and families. I strive to help others embrace and embody the changes they want to see.

More About My Practice

I utilize an integrative approach in working with clients. We will explore the dynamics of relationships to help you recognize and understand the role that relationships play in shaping your daily experiences and interactions. By identifying patterns in thoughts and feelings and acknowledging rooted relational issues and the effects of long term emotional distress we will work towards an emotionally healthy outcome through self-guided exploration in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

My Specialties

I am a clinical psychologists trained in psychotherapy with adults presenting with anxiety, depression, grief and life transitions. I also enjoy working with older adolescents (age 17 yo 19) and college students, and I specialize in trauma informed care for adults from diverse backgrounds. I work with individuals who have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACES) and those who struggle with emotional regulation and provide an integrative and culturally sensitive approach to therapy.
