About Me
I work with adults and couples who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns, overwhelmed by family or interpersonal stress, or unsure how past experiences continue to affect how they feel and connect with others.
I bring warmth, candor, curiosity, and patience to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you can feel understood while also exploring difficult experiences, emotions, and patterns in ways that lead to greater self-awareness, confidence, and connection.
More About My Practice
My approach is collaborative, attachment-based, and trauma-informed. I believe our relationships and life experiences shape how we understand ourselves, respond to stress, and connect with the people who matter to us.
In individual therapy, I work with adults navigating relationship difficulties, family conflict, attachment and trauma-related concerns, life transitions, and patterns that may be affecting their emotional well-being or sense of self. Together, we can explore not only what is happening now, but also the experiences and relationships that may be contributing to patterns you would like to change.
I also work with couples who feel caught in cycles of conflict, distance, or disconnection. Using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), I help partners understand what is happening beneath these patterns and develop greater emotional safety, trust, communication, and connection. I particularly enjoy helping couples navigate high conflict, parenthood, blended families, neurodivergence, and significant relationship or life transitions.
