About Me

I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted for who you are. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and affirming space where you can explore life's challenges, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

As a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clinician, I understand that many people have spent years feeling misunderstood or trying to fit into expectations that never felt quite right. I strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that honors your unique experiences, values, and goals rather than asking you to fit someone else's definition of success or wellness.

My Practice

I work with adults navigating a wide range of life challenges, with a particular passion for supporting individuals with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. Whether you've recently been diagnosed, have suspected you may be neurodivergent for years, or simply want to better understand how your brain works, I aim to provide a space where you feel understood rather than judged.

I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ adults, individuals exploring identity, and people navigating life transitions, burnout, anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges.

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming. I draw from evidence-based therapies while recognizing that every person is different. Together, we'll identify practical strategies that work for your life while also building greater self-awareness, self-compassion, emotional regulation, and resilience. When it fits your goals, I incorporate mindfulness-based approaches to help you better understand yourself and create lasting change.
