About Me

I believe in the importance of creating a warm, non-judgmental, and safe therapeutic space, and a relationship in which you feel supported, understood, and heard. We will work together to explore your concerns and help you grow towards greater self-understanding, authenticity, self-compassion, and well-being. Together, we will also work towards improving the quality of your relationship with yourself and others.

More About My Practice

My therapeutic approach is integrative and relational; I tailor interventions to meet the specific needs and presenting concerns of clients and couples. The foundation of my work stems from dynamic and interpersonal theories, in which I integrate behavioral and strength-based interventions to supportively foster individuals’ and partners’ movement towards their goals. I am also trained in Emotional Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), the gold standard treatment for couples in distress.

My Specialties

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are seeking therapy for interpersonal and relationship concerns (e.g., romantic, family, friends), sexual health (e.g., intimacy, sexual dysfunction), transition and adjustment difficulties, emotional distress (e.g., anxiety, depression), grief and loss, trauma, and identity development (e.g., sexual orientation exploration, gender affirmative care).
