Are you seeking a supportive space to explore your relationship with substances? Are you looking for practical strategies to make positive changes in your life, at your own pace? Are you looking for connection with others with whom you can more openly discuss and explore these areas of your life?

Harm Reduction is a compassionate approach that recognizes the complexities of substance use and acknowledges that change is a process, not an event. In this group, we provide a non-judgmental environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to substance use.
